Sponsor a Kiddush
Sponsor a Kiddush
Sponsoring kiddush is a great way to celebrate a simcha or to mark a special moment with the community. You can choose to sponsor the entire kiddush for the shul, or you may help to defray the cost of kiddush by sponsoring a part of kiddush such as a special dessert, or by just making a donation. Be sure to email or call the shul office (617.864.6388). if you want to sponsor kiddush on a specific week or for a specific Torah portion. If the details of a specific kiddush have already been arranged, and you want to earmark your donation for that kiddush, please use the Note to seller option on the donation page.
Details for all of the options below are available by email from the office. The prices and menus are for a family-style kiddush assembled by our Kiddush Committee. Our shul has a small kitchen with limited refrigerator space -- and therefore limited room for prepared platters. Food is bought in bulk from local kosher suppliers and assembled during services by shul volunteers.
For a custom-catered kiddush with freshly-cut vegetables and fruit, salads, flowers and any of your favorites, we have our in-house caterer. For information, menus, or a quote, please email Barbara Model.
