4 tbsp vegetable oil\\
3 onions. chopped into 1 inch pieces\\
2 green peppers, chopped into 1 inch pieces\\
4 cloves garlic, minced\\
handful canned jalapeno slices, minced\\
3 pkgs Morningstar Farm Veggie Crumbles (in the frozen foods section)\\
3-4 16 oz cans beans (black, kidney, butter--as you like)\\
3 16 oz cans diced tomatoes with chilis (Del Monte has a kosher brand)\\
chili powder\\
cumin\\
salt\\
pepper\\
# Saute onions in vegetable oil over medium heat. After 5 min, add green peppers.
# When veggies begin to soften, add garlic, jalapenos, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper. Cook 5 min.
# Add veggie crumbles. Stir and cook until heated through.
# Add drained beans and tomatoes. Stir, cook 30 min at least, can cook for much longer. Season to taste.
# You can serve with chopped cilantro, cheese, sour cream, avocado...serves about 12-14.
